It's a Friday again and it reaches the final day of our group work! Yet not much to talk about, it's all about refining our work and completing the 灰甲 and of course have fun too. Hehe...
Chris and 成胜 were replacing part of the logo with lantern paper.
惠雯 is still too shy to show her face to the camera. They were actually discussing on how they should 'decorate' the 嫦娥.
明明 as usual, helping without making too much noise unlike others. Haha...

灰甲 team were working hard as they were the last group to have their job done.
崇励 pulak tried to 'repair' the moon so that it shows its best part when it is on stage later.
And the 'finished' moon. Keke^^
Ah Boon (rare customer actually. Haha...) and Albert were also there to help out.
Adrian was having the most fun of all, became the model for 灰甲 team. Looks good right??
Here they are, trying to pierce holes on 嫦娥 ears. Eyerr...
With the earings on the ears of course. (Again... No face is shown. What to do??)
Wonder if they all were trying to 'snake'? What can so many people do on that small piece of face at once?
Rupa-rupanya they were designing the 发钗 for 嫦娥. What an creative and unique idea. =)
Finally the backdrop is done and we put it up vertically to see how it really looks like. Impressive leh?? Haha...
Here comes the 嫦娥 (pikachew: Yeah!!!)...
After all, there are still some mess to be cleaned - tearing off all the newspaper behind the backdrop. Another tiring and time-consuming job. Tired...
Cleaning up the floor of course...
Lead by our so called '年轻人', 文杰...
With the help of a bunch of friends. Terima kasih banyak-banyak... Tersentuh (Touched)!
The dustbin is full but it's the third one I guess.
One final picture with the backdrop (in Khung Merng's hand).
And these are the only things left after almost 10 days of hardwork.
At last, I would like to thank everyone for helping us to complete all the work. There are way too many people that I would like to thank to and it's hard for me to type everyone's name out here. So, who ever involved should know it, all of you are appreciated no matter how much or less work you have done, as long as you put your effort in it. Once again, sincerely I would like to thank everyone including those who are reading these posts.
THANK YOU!!! ^^

Hmm... There isn't much thing to talk about in this post. It's all about refining what we have done before and try to make it as perfect as possible. So just take a look at all those pictures la. Enjoy...
Hardly can see Ah Bean working seriously. Actually, the rabbits were the only thing that she put effort in. Haha...
Me pulak... At least there are TWO things that I worked seriously. First, cutting the hole of the logo which is to be replaced by lantern paper later on (refer to the picture above) and last but not least...
supervising the progress of the whole project. Look like an engineer huh? Haha...

Some pictures of the normal 嫦娥... followed by some funny picture of the 嫦娥 as well...

Wearing spec de 嫦娥...
Holding broom (a maid or a mum) and 'parang' (helping 吴刚?) de 嫦娥...
Lastly...

Our 大合照...
Not forgetting this group of Indian dancers which already been here for few nights and Khung Merng claimed that he already heard the Indian song that they were practising for more hundreds of times and able to memorise and sing it. You all may ask Merng to sing it for you all next time when you meet him. Hehe...
Wearing spec de 嫦娥...
Lastly...
Entering weekends, the main target to be achieved was to complete all the background painting besides cutting off and painting all the polystyrene lanterns.
After days of hard work, finally the backdrop is approaching its final touch (except for the 嫦娥. Haha...).
文杰 and 明明 pulak working on the polystyrene logo which later on is to be used as the lantern hold by our beloved 嫦娥. 文杰 spent the whole night just to make sure that the logo is to be done as perfect as possible. Thanks for his hard work...
Later on, 明明 helped to sweep the floor because it's really too messy already. You know la, a bunch of guys working days and nights, sure... Haha...
So this is the completed logo. Nice?
Okay... Back to the painting, finally it reached the 嫦娥 part. I have been waited for this moment since the very first day. We actually drew and rubbed off the 嫦娥 again and again because we failed to get a nice facial expression of 嫦娥. Sometime we got it too young and sometimes too SEXY. Haha... At the end of the day, we ended up with a mother-like look which claimed to be more suitable.
On the other hand, I have completed all the polystyrene lanterns with the help of Steven, one of my really helpful section-mate. Thanks a lot... And of course, the painting was still done by our 'Si Fu'. (By the way, could you believe it that I was actually doing some work out there? Haha... I doubt if I really was doing something besides online and taking photos around.)
Let's take a closer look on all the lanterns. Again, the painting was absolutely fascinating.

Yahoo... The best part finally approached. The 嫦娥 was painted. Our 'Si Fu' put a lot of effort in it in order to make sure the 嫦娥 looks as pretty as expected. He changed the colour of her outfits several times so that it matches the background and the colour of the lanterns.
So it end up with purple colour blouse and white colour skirt. The skirt is later on replaced by silky white cloth so that it appears as if tha 嫦娥 is wearing a real skirt. What a nice idea right? Hehe...
We ended up the day with the red ribbon painted and get back to rest for a short while before continuing our work the next day. Since it was too late, we don't visit to our 老地方 for the very first time since we started working at KRP.
And yet, I only manage to get back to my college at 4.12am. Yes... It was AM not PM. No doubt. Haha... Nevermind. It's worth it...^^
